Thank you for visiting my website.  I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and have lived here my entire life.  Attending school at both Clark College and Washington State University where I majored in Business Administration.  While in school I served as a student law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office in the District of Oregon.   I am serious about real estate and am currently studying for the Washington State broker's exam.  I am also a licensed bonded/insured contractor in the state. 

I am consistently a multi-million dollar producer, with years of experience.  Servicing the I-5 corridor from Cowlitz County to Clark County, and a member of both the RMLS and NWMLS I can find exactly what you are looking for.

I currently assist some of the industries leading REO Companies (Real Estate Owned) with marketing their foreclosed properties in this area.  This includes a variety of REO services such as 24-hour occupancy checks, re-keys, cash for keys, evictions, trashouts, winterizations, contractor bids, lawn care, monthly property status reports and broker price opinions/market analysis.
